Announcing the New Logo for the Children's Education Program

We are thrilled to present the new look of the Children’s Education Program (CEP) of Performing Arts Fort Worth at Bass Performance Hall! Our team partnered with Fort Worth agency Immotion Studios on a new logo design that reflects the growth we’ve seen since the program was first established nearly 25 years ago. While maintaining the use of the color yellow and an image of a school bus as in the original logo, the addition of “CEP Blue” was meant to give the logo some added dimension and communicates the imagination and inspiration the program strives for in arts education. Additionally, the image of Bass Hall in the background recognizes CEP as the education wing of the Hall, transforming our iconic building into one of the largest arts classrooms in the state.

The mission of the Children’s Education Program is to promulgate arts education. Bass Performance Hall is at the center of the program, serving as a “classroom” and offering a variety of performing arts educational opportunities of superior quality and free of charge to all students and educators.

The Children’s Education Program is meant to serve every student, every grade, every year. As we approach 25 years of Bass Performance Hall, we are thankful to have served over 1.6 million North Texas students and educators with world-class, curriculum-based performances, artist talk-backs, technical courses, music summer camps, Broadway master classes, in-school literacy programs and even virtual programming, which became a core education tool for the program during the COVID-19 pandemic as in-person performances were suspended.

We are so thankful to the countless donors, patrons, and volunteers who have supported the Children’s Education Program over the last quarter-century.  As we look to the future, we hope to continue to reach many more students and educators in the coming years and expand our offerings through the Children’s Education Program.
