Production Details

Performance run times vary based on the individual production. Most Broadway at the Bass performances are between 2-2.5 hours in length, while most Popular Entertainment and McDavid Studio shows are 1.5-2 hours in length. For an exact run time for a particular show, please call the Box Office at 817-212-4280.

The Box Office and lobby open 60 minutes prior to a show's scheduled performance time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior. We recommend arriving early and traveling light.

The age appropriateness varies by production. For specific show information, call our Box Office at 817-212-4280.

Please note, valet services are temporarily suspended. Bass Performance Hall opens one hour before performance time. Seating begins 30 minutes before performance time. As a general guide, for a 7:30pm performance, the box office and lobbies will open at 6:30pm and seating will begin at 7:00pm.

Most performances require a late seating hold during which seating is not permitted until the first appropriate break in the performance. The “first appropriate break” is set by the production company and often means 5-10 minutes after the start of the performance. Monitors are located in the lobby for late arrivals. Patrons should visit the restrooms before the performance begins and/or at intermission. In the event you must leave your seat, you will not be re-seated until the next appropriate break in the performance.

In the unlikely event of a cancelled performance, Patron Services will communicate all available options by email or phone.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend a performance you may:

  • Call the Box Office to exchange into another performance of the same show, if available.
  • Donate tickets back to Performing Arts Fort Worth as a tax deductible donation. A tax donation letter in the amount of the unused tickets will be sent to the address on file at the end of the month. Donation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to performance. Performing Arts Fort Worth is unable to donate ticket purchases for a missed performance.
  • Gift tickets to a friend, family member, or coworker.
  • Try to sell your tickets independently.

All sales are final. Performing Arts Fort Worth does not give refunds for performances that are missed.

Producers need to have the ability to operate a contiguous tour across the U.S. under the same health and safety guidelines. While our industry continues to work through and finalize COVID-19 safety protocols with all respective stakeholders, it is our understanding at this time that masks/face coverings will be required as a condition of being able to present a touring production.

Your ticket money is safe with us. We keep all ticket sales in a separate bank account and that money is never used for operating expenses. In the event of a future cancellation or if a show is rescheduled and you are unable to attend, you are guaranteed to get your money back.

Performing Arts Fort Worth, the owner and operator of Bass Performance Hall, continues to follow industry safety guidelines and applicable law for reopening performing arts centers. The health and safety of our patrons, staff, volunteers, and artists is our top priority. We are joining performing arts centers nationwide in an earnest effort to keep the industry alive while navigating the ongoing challenging conditions imposed by COVID-19.
