The mission of the Nancy Lee and Perry R. Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinator assists with coordinating the contracted Metal Detection Officers (MDO) for performances and events in Bass Performance Hall and the Maddox-Muse Center. Position helps ensure that all designated security areas are set up and maintained for events and performances as specified by the department’s written procedures. The Safety Coordinator assists the Director and Assistant Director of Safety & Risk Management with Departmental duties as needed.

Technical Director - Lighting

 Full Time, Non-Exempt

This full-time non-exempt position is responsible for providing the technical support necessary to properly satisfy the requirements of all events at Bass Performance Hall and Maddox-Muse Center. Inspects house systems for OSHA compliance and manages requests for lighting, sound, risers, orchestra shell, orchestra pit, portable stages and backstage operations for performances and events. TD serves as Facility Representative; directs and supervises backstage personnel including union and contract labor as needed. Additional responsibilities include the management and upkeep of all technical equipment/assets under PAFW’s control and for maintaining specific event records and equipment used. Maintains specific event equipment records for archival and billing purposes. Occasional lighting design.

Patron Services Representative

Job Title:

Our Patron Services Team, located in Bass Performance Hall’s Box Office, provides excellent assistance and the highest level of customer service for our patrons and the public through in-person, telephone and electronic transactions. A typical day as a Patron Services Representative is busy providing helpful information and answering a variety of customer inquiries, including performance, price and parking options; assisting with selling new and renewal subscriptions and single tickets; fulfilling orders, and generating various sales reports. Must exhibit a service-driven, positive attitude with a focus on customer service. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, and Tessitura experience is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
