Performing Arts Fort Worth

Tickets may be purchased online by using our Calendar of Events. Performances available for purchase will feature a “Buy Tickets” link that initiates the process of seat selection and purchase using Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover.

Actual seat locations are assigned after a price level has been selected and an e-mail confirmation is sent confirming your selection and purchase. The option to select the method of delivery is offered based on the date of the performance. Tickets purchased within 10 days of a performance must be held at will call. Tickets purchased outside the 10 day time frame are mailed unless will call is selected. At will call you will be asked to provide your last name and the address on file. If you are not picking up the tickets yourself, please call 817-212-4280. The Box Office is open from 10a-6p Mon-Fri and 10a-4p Sat as well as one hour prior to a performance any day of the week.

There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to Performing Arts Fort Worth as a tax-deductible contribution if the performance is presented by PAFW. See “Unable to Use Your Tickets” below. A handling fee is assessed on each order.

Please note that the call center and internet sales stop 1 hour prior to the event’s start time on the day of the performance. A handling fee is assessed on each order.

The Box Office, located at 525 Commerce Street, is open 10AM - 6PM Monday - Friday, 10AM - 4PM Saturday and one hour prior to a performance on day of show. The Box Office is closed on Sundays and select legal holidays. Free 15 minute parking is available in front of the Box Office on Commerce Street to purchase tickets.

Every patron must have a ticket, regardless of age.

In the interest of preserving affordable ticket prices for all patrons, Performing Arts Fort Worth is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties. We cannot provide customer service notifications or refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sites, unauthorized ticket distributors or brokers.

Programs and artists are subject to change. If an event presented by Performing Arts Fort Worth has been canceled or postponed, any changes will be announced by email and – if time permits – on a postcard sent to your home, on the website, and in advertisements in local newspapers. If you would like to confirm that a concert is taking place, phone the call center at 817-212-4280.

Donate them as a tax-deductible contribution to Performing Arts Fort Worth. Your donated PAFW presentation tickets may be resold at the Box Office, therefore the donation must be done at least 24 hours prior to a performance in person. All contributions will be acknowledged by mail with a receipt. We do not offer refunds for unused tickets.
