Season Ticket Holders have the benefit of exchanging tickets for a different performance date or time of the same show. Each show will have a dedicated exchange window during which you may exchange your tickets before tickets go on sale to the public. Exchanges for most shows are available until 24 hours prior to the performance but we encourage you to make any exchanges or purchases as soon as you can during the exchange window to have access to the best seats. As inventory varies for each performance, comparable seating may not be available.

In the event that no performance has desirable seating available, you may donate your tickets back to Performing Arts Fort Worth and receive an Income Tax credit as PAFW is a 501(c) non-profit organization. Tickets cannot be refunded.

Season Ticket Holders have the benefit of purchasing additional tickets for family and friends before tickets are available to the general public. Additional tickets for each show in the 2024-2025 season will go on sale at a later date. You will receive a Priority Presale Notice email when your priority access to purchase tickets before the public begins.

To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to purchase your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Show dates, on-sale dates, times, prices, and artists are subject to change without notice. Additional tickets are subject to additional fees. No refunds. There is a limit of 9 additional tickets per show title, per household. If you need 10 or more tickets, please visit www.basshall.com/groups or email groupsales@basshall.com. Please note that ticket limits may vary per show. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Patron Services.

Performing Arts Fort Worth requires that every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket.  PAFW encourages parents to introduce their children to live theater when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject, nature, and length of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them.  Age recommendations vary by production.

Lap seats are sold for children under 2 at the lowest available ticket price for any given performance. Lowest ticket price will vary by production and performance.
