If you would like to remove seats from your season ticket package, please email Patron Services at [email protected] BEFORE renewing. Please include the details of how many seats to remove as well as your best phone number. The Patron Services team will address these requests as they come in. If you would like to add seats, we recommend noting your seat request online or over the phone at the time you renew your season tickets. After the renewal deadline, the Patron Services team will address the requests in the order in which they were received.

Season ticket packages are fixed, so everything is included. Tickets cannot be switched out of one title and into another. If there is a performance you do not want to or cannot attend, you may give your tickets to a friend or family member or donate them back to PAFW for a tax credit.

If you want to change your season ticket seat location, you will still need to secure your existing seats before the renewal deadline. If you do not renew by the deadline, your seats will be released and you will not be renewed for the upcoming season. You can renew online, or call, email, or visit the Box Office. When you renew, please make your request for a different seat location and complete your renewal, including payment. After the renewal deadline, Patron Services will know what options are available for seating changes and will reach out and address all seat change requests in the date and time order in which they are received. If we are not able to accommodate your request, you will have the option to stay in your current seat location or you may request to cancel your season. Tickets can also be exchanged for a different day or location on a rolling basis as each title goes on sale.

Yes. Easy 4-month payment plans are available for both Renewing and New Season Ticket Holders.

Season Ticket Holders have the benefit of exchanging tickets for a different performance date or time of the same show. Each show will have a dedicated exchange window during which you may exchange your tickets before tickets go on sale to the public. Exchanges for most shows are available until 24 hours prior to the performance but we encourage you to make any exchanges or purchases as soon as you can during the exchange window to have access to the best seats. As inventory varies for each performance, comparable seating may not be available.

In the event that no performance has desirable seating available, you may donate your tickets back to Performing Arts Fort Worth and receive an Income Tax credit as PAFW is a 501(c) non-profit organization. Tickets cannot be refunded.

Season Ticket Holders have the benefit of purchasing additional tickets for family and friends before tickets are available to the general public. Additional tickets for each show in the 2024-2025 season will go on sale at a later date. You will receive a Priority Presale Notice email when your priority access to purchase tickets before the public begins.

To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to purchase your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Show dates, on-sale dates, times, prices, and artists are subject to change without notice. Additional tickets are subject to additional fees. No refunds. There is a limit of 9 additional tickets per show title, per household. If you need 10 or more tickets, please visit or email [email protected]. Please note that ticket limits may vary per show. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Patron Services.

Individual ticket on-sale dates for the 2024-2025 Broadway at the Bass Season presented by PNC Bank have not been announced. As a Season Ticket Holder, you will have priority access to purchase tickets to additional shows throughout the season before they go on sale to the general public. You will be notified of priority pre-sales by email, so please make sure your contact information is always up to date and add [email protected] to your contacts.

Performing Arts Fort Worth requires that every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket.  PAFW encourages parents to introduce their children to live theater when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject, nature, and length of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them.  Age recommendations vary by production.

Lap seats are sold for children under 2 at the lowest available ticket price for any given performance. Lowest ticket price will vary by production and performance.

We want you to have an amazing experience at Bass Performance Hall, so we have put together some helpful hints on planning your trip.
