PRODUCTION DETAILS

Performance run times vary based on the individual production. Most Broadway at the Bass performances are between 2-2.5 hours in length, while most Popular Entertainment shows are 1.5-2 hours in length. Exact run times are listed on each show’s webpage.

The Bass Hall Box Office and Lobby generally open 60 minutes prior to a show's scheduled performance time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior. We recommend arriving early and traveling light.

Most performances require a late seating hold during which seating is not permitted until the first appropriate break in the performance. The “first appropriate break” is set by the production company and often means 5-10 minutes after the start of the performance. We recommend arriving early and traveling light to ensure enough time to visit the restrooms and concessions before the performance begins. In the event you must leave your seat during a performance, you will not be re-seated until the next appropriate break.

The age appropriateness varies by production. We advise patrons to use discretion when considering bringing children to performances. For specific show information, call Patron Services at 817-212-4280.

We encourage you to commemorate your visit by taking photos in our Lobbies. Generally, photography and videography of the performances is strictly prohibited. When in doubt, please ask our Front of House staff for specifics or look for posted signage near Audience Chamber entrances.
