Know Before You Go

Before the show

Bass Hall is located at 525 Commerce St., Fort Worth, TX 76102. The Box Office doors on Commerce Street remain locked during performances. Please enter through the east or west portal doors.

Bass Hall doors open approximately 60 minutes prior to showtime and seating will begin approximately 30 minutes to show time. Please arrive early and travel light. Latecomers will be held in the lobby until an appropriate break in the performance.

While some theatergoers do dress up, you are welcome to wear what makes you most comfortable. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Keep in mind that our theater is kept cool year-round. If a member of the your group is planning to dress in the theme of the show, please refer to the Costume and Cosplay Policy. If you have any questions, please reach out to Patron Services at [email protected].

BUS PARKING: For those arriving by bus, please see the Bus Parking information sheet. Please make sure your bus driver is aware of the drop-off/pickup location, as we do have valet drop-off lanes as well.

GENERAL PARKING: Performing Arts Fort Worth (PAFW), the non-profit owner and operator of Bass Hall, has arranged a special discounted parking rate of $5 with City Center Garages 1 & 2. This rate is only redeemable for patrons that confirm they attended a performance at Bass Hall.

To learn more about all downtown parking options, please visit: https://www.dfwi.org/get-around/parking

About the Show

HAMILTON will run for 2 hours and 50 minutes with one intermission. Each act is 74 minutes.

Travel Advisory: From June 11 - July 19, Sundance Square will play host to watch parties during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. During this time, there will be several street closures around Sundance Square and heavy traffic is expected. Please allow yourself extra time when arriving at the Hall.

Please arrive early and travel light. The performance will begin promptly, and a 6-minute late seating hold will go into effect, delaying entrance into the audience chamber. Please plan to arrive well in advance so you do not miss any of the show.

To get to your seats, there are two elevators as well as the stairs. We advise those who are able to take the stairs, as the elevator can get busy. The West elevator by the Box Office is the only one that goes down to the Orchestra Level. All other levels are accessible by both elevators.

This production uses theatrical haze, strobing lights and loud sound effects, such as explosions. There is also depictions of some violence, smoking and other adult themes. A limited number of strobe reduction glasses are available for checkout at the Accessibility Kiosk in the West Lobby.

As a courtesy to the artists and your fellow patrons, please note the theater etiquette guidelines while visiting Bass Performance Hall.

Ticket Pickup

As a group leader, you have two ticket delivery options - Will Call or Mobile.

If you chose to pick your tickets up at Will Call, we ask that only the group leader who has been in communication with the box office come to the window to retrieve tickets. If others will be picking up tickets, we ask that the group leader please send names and contact information to [email protected] no later than 24 hours prior to your performance. We will not release tickets without matching information. All individuals picking up tickets will need a photo ID that matches the name on the tickets/the names(s) sent via email.

If you chose to access your tickets via the free Bass Hall mobile app, your tickets will be available no later than 24 hours before your performance. You can manage and share your group's tickets with group members within the app. If you would like to access your tickets this way, please let us know and we will assist you with connecting your Bass Hall account to your tickets.

If you have not already done so, please let us know which ticket delivery method you prefer. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] or 817-212-4280.

Please note, all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
