Orchestra and Parterre Circle
Orchestra
The Orchestra is the ground floor of the Founders Concert Theater. Orchestra seating extends from the front row near the stage to the back of the Audience Chamber, Rows A-V, and is divided by aisles into three main sections: Orchestra Left, Center and Right. Seating on this level consists of fixed chairs with folding seats. Leg room and chair width vary by row and seat.
Rows AAA-CCC are considered the Orchestra Pit and are not present for all productions. In some touring productions, the Orchestra Pit is lowered to be used by the band or orchestra, and these rows are removed.
Along the side of the Orchestra are Orchestra Boxes, Rows AA-BB and YY-ZZ. These are slightly raised above the Orchestra, accessible via small staircases, and feature freestanding chairs along a railing. Orchestra Boxes AA and ZZ are alongside Orchestra Rows A-E, and Orchestra Boxes BB and YY are alongside Orchestra Rows H-P.
There are two main entrances to the Orchestra in the center of the Grand Lobby (street level). Stairs are required when using these entrances. Orchestra Right is also reachable via Level 1A in the West Elevator. The East Elevator does not go down to the Orchestra floor.
Parterre Circle
Behind the Orchestra is the Parterre Circle, Rows W-ZA. Situated below the Box Tier, the Parterre mainly features fixed seating with some freestanding chairs, typically reserved for those requiring Accessible seating. There are two main entrances to the Parterre Circle in the center of the Grand Lobby (street level). Stairs may be required for certain rows. No stairs are required for Accessible seating.
Some seats may be slightly obstructed due to the sound board setup at the back of the Orchestra. Limited view seating is clearly marked when purchasing tickets.
