GalaPro

GalaPro is a free mobile app which guests may use to enjoy the show with closed captioning, translation and/or audio description, discreetly delivered to their mobile device.

Closed captioning in English is available via GalaPro for most Broadway at the Bass performances. Additional services vary by production.

How does it work? Simply download the app, create an account or login and select FORT WORTH. Once you’re at your seat, select your show, pick your preferences and follow the on-screen instructions.

GalaPro requires devices to be placed in airplane mode and closed captions will be shown on a black screen with red text to ensure notifications and bright lights won’t disturb anyone around you.

A limited number of compatible devices are available for check out on a first-come, first-serve basis at no cost. A Photo ID is required.
