Rescheduling Details COVID-19
Due to the continuing impact of COVID-19, several performances and events at Bass Performance Hall, McDavid Studio and the Van Cliburn Recital Hall have been rescheduled.
No action is necessary for current ticket holders who purchased their tickets through the Bass Hall website, www.basshall.com, or Bass Hall Box Office. Original tickets will be honored for the new dates.
Those who purchased tickets through third parties will need to contact their points of purchase.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date for your show, you have three options.
- Credit on Account (you can use this money towards a future purchase of a show presented by Performing Arts Fort Worth)
- Donate your tickets and receive a tax credit
- Request a refund for the value of your tickets
Our box office is working virtually as we all maintain social distancing so we ask for your patience and understanding as communication may be delayed and take longer than normal. Please note email is the most effective way to communicate with us. Click the button below to send our Patron Services department an email and let them know what option you would like.
When clicking the button above and emailing Patron Services, please include the performance and which option you would like to move forward with.
