Season Ticket Resources
Performing Arts Fort Worth offers season tickets for our Broadway at the Bass series comprised of several popular touring Broadway productions. If you plan to see multiple Broadway at the Bass shows, we highly recommend becoming a Season Ticket Holder because of the added value and benefits. By purchasing Broadway at the Bass season tickets you will receive a designated seat to each show in the season, 10-15% off the regular single ticket price, priority seating, ticket exchange privileges, no additional fees, invitations to special events, the opportunity to join the VIP Presenters program and more. Current season information can be found here.
Whether you are renewing or a new Season Ticket Holder, season tickets can be purchased online at www.basshall.com, in-person at the Box Office (located downtown at 525 Commerce, Fort Worth, TX 76102, one block from Sundance Square) or over the phone (817-212-4450).
There is a one-time non-refundable $15 order fee whether you purchase your season ticket package online, in-person or over the phone.
We are excited you are joining us for this blockbuster season at Bass Performance Hall. As a new Season Ticket Holder, you will be contacted by a Patron Services Representative once the 2018-2019 Broadway at the Bass season ticket holder renewal deadline of March 1, 2019 has ended to discuss available seat options. We will work to seat you in your preferred location and price level, but we cannot guarantee requested seats.
New season ticket orders are fulfilled and processed in date order of receipt. Secure your seats now by purchasing a new season ticket package. Waiting may result in you not being able to secure season tickets due to high demand. For questions or concerns please contact the Box Office by calling 817-212-4450.
As a renewing Season Ticket Holder, you get the first opportunity to keep your same seats for the next season. If you would like to upgrade or change seats, we recommend noting your seat request online or over the phone at the time you renew your season tickets. After the renewal deadline of March 1, 2019, patron service team members will go through and address the requests in the order in which they were received.
As a new Season Ticket Holder you will be assigned a designated seat for the 2019-2020 season and will have the opportunity to upgrade and/or change your seats when you renew for the 2020-2021 season.
Yes, current Season Ticket Holders can purchase additional packages now while supplies last. Limit is 4 per household.
The renewal period is shorter for the 2019-2020 season because the season begins with THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA in September. We need time to allow season ticket holders to be seated, purchase additional tickets and make exchanges before the start of this blockbuster season.
Additionally, due to the anticipated high demand we expect to be on a wait list for new season ticket requests and need to make sure everyone has an opportunity to secure season tickets.
Yes, a four-month, interest-free payment plan will be offered for 2019-2020 Broadway at the Bass season ticket packages. For more information and to view the terms and conditions, click here.
Season Ticket Holders have the benefit of exchanging tickets for a different performance of the same show. Later this year at designated times you may exchange tickets for shows in the 2019-2020 season, with the exception of HAMILTON. We will send you an email when your access to exchanges begins. HAMILTON will have a special, limited window for exchanges; we will email details to you at a later time. While we can’t guarantee comparable seating for exchanged tickets or additional tickets purchased, we encourage you to make any exchanges or purchases as soon as you can to have access to the best seats. Don’t delay – due to the demand this season, we encourage you to act fast on this opportunity, as tickets may be limited.
If you exchange into a higher priced performance or seating section, you will be charged the difference at the time of exchange. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given when exchanging into lesser-priced performances or seating sections. Some tickets, such as those purchased through Group Sales or through an unauthorized ticket source may not be exchanged. A missed performance cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Season Ticket Holders have the privilege of purchasing additional tickets for family and friends at their season ticket discount. Additional tickets for the 2019-2020 season will go on sale at a later date. You will be contacted via email when your priority access to purchase tickets before the public begins.
Due to the demand for tickets for the upcoming season, we may not be able to offer additional tickets for HAMILTON. We will notify you at a later time if we are able to offer Season Ticket Holders additional tickets. We will also be sure to email you details about the public on-sale should you wish to attempt to purchase HAMILTON tickets.
To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to purchase your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Show dates, on-sale dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice. No refunds. Due to limited inventory there will be a limit of 4 additional tickets per show, per household. Please note that ticket limits may vary per show.

Performing Arts Fort Worth requires that every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket. PAFW encourages parents to introduce their children to live theater when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject, nature, and length of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them. Age recommendations vary by production.
Lap seats are sold for children under 2 at the lowest available ticket price for any given performance.
We want you to have an amazing experience at Bass Performance Hall, so we have put together some helpful hints on planning your trip.
