Mobile Tickets on your Smartphone
All tickets to Performing Arts Fort Worth shows are 100% digital. Any ticket you purchase from Performing Arts Fort Worth will be available and up-to-date in your account. You can log in both on a desktop and a smartphone. The steps below will show you how to log in on your smartphone to access your mobile tickets before you enter Bass Hall.

Navigate to Account Login
Visit www.basshall.com on your smartphone. Tap the 3 bars (also known as a hamburger) in the upper right corner.
Navigate to the lower left of your screen and tap login.
Enter Account Information
Use your existing Bass Hall account email and password. Once logged in, you’ll have access to your account.
Don't have an account? If you have purchased tickets from Basshall.com, you may already have an existing account with us. Please try the forgot login button. If you haven't purchased tickets with us before, select register and sign up.
Once logged in, your tickets should show up on the home screen. Scroll down to see your mobile ticket(s). Please note: The mobile ticket barcodes will be available to view and share within 24 hours of your performance. If you don't see your barcode the day of the event, please visit the box office. If you don't see your tickets in your account, please call the box office at (817) 212-4280.

You will see a list of your performances. Please select the one you are trying to have scanned in the venue. Please note: The mobile ticket barcodes will be available to view and share within 24 hours of your performance. If you don't see your barcode the day of the event, please visit the box office.
Mobile Ticketing FAQs
PDF tickets are not available to print from home. With mobile entry, your phone is your ticket. If you do not have access to a smartphone and would like a printed ticket, please contact the box office at 817-212-4280 or email@example.com.
Ticket barcodes will be available within 24 hours of your performance. If you are at the venue and your barcode is not visible, please visit the box office.
Log in to your account via your smartphone at www.basshall.com by following the steps above. The performance tickets displayed in your account will be scanned directly from your smartphone. When you arrive for your performance, be sure the brightness of your phone is turned all the way up!
To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend accessing your tickets before arriving to the theatre.
In addition to the barcode which will be scanned at the door, your mobile ticket also has your seating information including your section, row, and seat number. Be prepared to show your mobile ticket to the usher who will direct you to your seat.
If you are logged into your account and still do not see your tickets, please go to the box office or contact the box office at 817-212-4280 or firstname.lastname@example.org. All season ticket holders should reach out to their customer service hotline 817-212-4450.
Tickets must be presented to the usher live from your phone in the Bass Hall app or with the mobile tickets displayed in your account.
Yes. Once you select your show, you will be able to swipe left or right to see your available tickets.
To Transfer Tickets, you will need to call the Box Office or log in to the Bass Hall App. In the Bass Hall App, tap My Account, then My Tickets and click on the upcoming performance to begin the transfer process. On the display screen below the performance ticket barcode is Share with friend. Tap here. Enter the recipient's email address and select the desired tickets for transfer. Finally, click Send to friend. You will receive confirmation that the tickets have been emailed to the provided address.
The recipient will receive an email from email@example.com with a link that will display the ticket barcode(s) and seat location. The barcode(s) can then be scanned directly from the recipient’s mobile device upon entry to Bass Performance Hall.
We encourage you to charge your device before you come to the theatre, but you may always go to the box office for assistance.
