Know Before You Go

 

Before the show

  • Download the free Bass Hall app and access your mobile ticket. Please note, all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. If you have more than 15 tickets, please inquire with the Box Office about Will Call pickup. This method is recommended for large groups for fast and easy entry. We are not able to to distribute tickets earlier. Please contact the box office to let them know which ticket delivery method you prefer. Otherwise, your tickets will be mobile by default.
  • Bass Hall doors open approximately 60 minutes prior to showtime. Please arrive early and travel light. 
  • While some theatergoers do dress up, you are welcome to wear what makes you most comfortable. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Keep in mind that our theater is kept cool year-round.
  • Bass Hall is located at 525 Commerce St., Fort Worth, TX 76102. The Box Office doors on Commerce Street remain locked during performances. Please enter through the east or west portal doors.
  • Driving to the theater? Valet parking is available for $22 per vehicle on Calhoun and Commerce Streets between 4th and 5th Streets. Click here for additional parking options.
  • PARKING NOTICEPlease know changes have been made by the 3rd-party owners/operators of the 777 Main Parking Garage. All vehicles are now required to take an automated ticket upon entry into the garage, regardless of arrival time. Parking will be free starting at 6:00 PM on Friday. If you arrive at any point before 6:00 PM, you will be responsible for the accrued time you are in the garage. This garage is currently experiencing long exit times.
  • BUS PARKING: For those arriving by bus, please see the Bus Parking information sheet. Please make sure your bus driver is aware of the drop-off/pickup location, as we do have valet drop-off lanes as well. If you are arriving in regular non-bus vehicles, there are nearby parking garages or valet parking. Review all of your parking options here: https://www.basshall.com/parking.
  • Booster seats are available in the Cloak Room, located in the Grand Salon. You can use your mobile device to rent booster seats for $5. Please note there is a limited quantity of booster seats and availability will be first come, first served. We kindly ask that all booster seats be returned to the Cloak Room after the performance.

About the Show

  • Dr. Seuss' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS! THE MUSICAL will run for 90 minutes with no intermission.
  • Please arrive early and travel light. The performance will begin promptly and a late seating hold will go into effect, delaying entrance into the audience chamber at the beginning of the show. Please plan to arrive well in advance so you do not miss any of the show.

At Bass Hall

  • Have your mobile tickets ready to be scanned upon entry.
  • No firearms, knives, pocket knives, or weapons of any kind are allowed.
  • We've updated our Wi-Fi Network! Connect to the internet using the network BPH-GUEST for better service within the theater.
  • Beverages and snacks will be available for purchase at various locations.

Melt Ice Creams

Now scooping in the main lobby! We have partnered with Fort Worth's own MELT Ice Creams to bring select flavors during performances in the Broadway at the Bass Series presented by PNC Bank. Try a scoop or two when you attend your show!

Because of the State mandated 51% sign, any Licensed or Unlicensed possession of a handgun on our premises is a felony.
Due to enhanced security measures and screening, we are asking patrons to arrive early and travel light.

No Smoking or Vaping

Use of any tobacco products or any electronic smoking devices is prohibited and can interfere with fire safety systems. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Buy With Confidence

Your ticket money is safe with us. We keep all ticket sales in a separate bank account and that money is never used for operating expenses. In the event of a future cancellation or if a show is rescheduled and you are unable to attend, you are guaranteed to get your money back.
