Rescheduling Details COVID-19

No action is necessary for current ticket holders who purchased their tickets through the Bass Hall website, www.basshall.com, or Bass Hall Box Office. Original tickets will be honored for the new dates.

Those who purchased tickets through third parties will need to contact their points of purchase.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date for your show, you have three options.

  1. Credit on Account (you can use this money towards a future purchase of a show presented by Performing Arts Fort Worth)
  2. Donate your tickets and receive a tax credit
  3. Request a refund for the value of your tickets

Our box office is working virtually as we all maintain social distancing so we ask for your patience and understanding as communication may be delayed and take longer than normal. Please note email is the most effective way to communicate with us. Click the button below to send our Patron Services department an email and let them know what option you would like.

COVID-19 Terms and Conditions: 

*Credit will be issued upon request. Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your tickets and any per ticket or per order service, handling, and/or processing charges on season ticket additional, group sales, and all single tickets. Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Performing Arts Fort Worth performances at Bass Performance Hall (including season tickets, additional season tickets, single tickets, group sales tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Credit does not entitle customer to complimentary or discounted tickets for rescheduled event dates. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferrable and can only be used for orders associated with your account. To obtain the balance of your Credit, please call 817-212-4280. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. Credit expires February 6, 2022. Requesting a Credit instead of a refund for rescheduled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have done so and the Credit is applied to your account, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you.

**If you elect to receive a refund, our team will refund the face value of your tickets, including facility fee, to your original method of payment. Your refund will not include any per ticket or per order service, handling and/or processing charges paid on season ticket additional, group sales, or single tickets. Your refund should post to your account within 60 business days. Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Performing Arts Fort Worth. Performing Arts Fort Worth is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by third party ticket sellers.

***What if I get COVID-19 and can’t attend my performance? If a COVID-19 related illness prevents you from attending your performance, please reach out to our box office at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled performance and we will work with you on your exchange and refund options.
