Price Increase Protection: Single tickets can double in price, but not for Season Ticket Holders.
- Ticket Insurance: If you have misplaced your tickets, our Patron Services Team will provide you with a replacement ticket free of charge. A digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and most flexible way to manage tickets. Any ticket you purchased will be available and up-to-date in the free Bass Hall app or in My Account even if your tickets have been exchanged or a different delivery method was previously selected.
- Flexible Payment Plans: Easy 4 month payment plans available.
- Priority Access: Purchase tickets to additional shows at discounted prices throughout the season before they go on sale to the general public.

Exchange Fees Waived: Enjoy ZERO exchange fees when moving into another performance in the same show’s run.

Valet Discounts: Valet Parking has been temporarily suspended due to the ongoing pandemic. When it resumes, Season Ticket Holders receive discounts on pre-paid valet parking.

Exclusive Events: Private Events have been temporarily suspended due to the ongoing pandemic. When private events resume, Season Ticket Holders are invited to private VIP events hosted by season partners.
