To evaluate how well the Website is reaching and serving the needs of its visitors, the Website may sometimes request personal information of visitors.  Entry of such information is optional.  While PAFW will not share any personal information provided by a visitor, PAFW may from time to time share aggregate non-personally identifiable information of visitors with third parties.  Certain applications on the Website may require visitors to register or provide personal information to make a commerce transaction, to enter a contest or to subscribe to a newsletter.

Selected applications on the Website allow visitors to subscribe to PAFW’s print and email newsletter by providing their names and addresses to Bass Hall.  If a visitor provides his address, Bass Hall may contact the visitor periodically with special offers, updated information and new services.  Any emails sent by Bass Hall offer the recipient the option to be removed from the email mailing list.  If you wish to no longer receive our emails you may unsubscribe at any time using the link located in the footer of our emails.

Bass Hall may occasionally present a special contest or promotion on the Website that is sponsored by a third party.  To qualify for entry, the Website may ask the visitor to provide personal information.  If PAFW plans to share such information with the sponsor(s), the Website will provide a statement to that effect.

Bass Hall will take reasonable precautions to protect any personal financial information that a visitor shares on the Website.  If a visitor makes a purchase online, credit card information is only used to process payment and is not stored on PAFW’s web server.

The Website includes links to other websites whose privacy policies PAFW does not control.  PAFW is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such websites.

Certain applications on the Website invoke a standard feature found in browser software, called a “cookie.”  The Website uses cookies to track the progress of commerce transactions and to allow Website visitors to move from one page to the next without having to reenter personal information.  The Website does not use cookies to track per user sessions.

The Website does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 18, send children requests for personal information, or distribute personal information of children to third parties without parental consent.
