Frequently Asked Questions

Ticket Delivery Methods

To access your tickets via your smartphone, search for "Bass Hall" in Google Play or the iTunes Store and download our free app. All app features are accessible through the menu in the top left hand corner.

Once you have downloaded the app, any tickets you purchase are available and up-to-date in the app even if tickets have been exchanged. In order to access your mobile tickets, you must click "log in" to access your account information, then click on the drop down menu and select "My Tickets." All tickets purchased will be visible on that screen and are accessible 24 hours prior to a performance.

Upon entering Bass Hall, turn the brightness on your phone all the way up and the show-specific bar code can be scanned straight from your phone.

If you are unable to retrieve your password, you will need to reset it.  To do this, go to the login screen, and select “Forgot Login." At that point you will enter your email address and hit continue. A message will be emailed to you shortly after containing a link that will allow you to set up a new password and log in.

If you selected to have your tickets delivered to you as Print at Home, you will be sent two emails upon the completion of your order.  The first email will be an order confirmation, while the second will contain a printable PDF file.  That printed document will serve as the actual tickets that can be carried into the hall and scanned by ushers.

If your tickets print without text on them, it most often denotes that your PDF reader is not compatible with the PDF file created by our ticketing application.  You can call the box office at 817-212-4280 to have your tickets re-emailed to you, or stop by the box office for a re-print one hour before your scheduled performance.

To claim tickets at Will Call, we simply need the first and last name you used to create your account and the address you put on file.

If you have not received your tickets in the mail, please call 817-212-4280. We can reprint and resend your tickets or change the delivery method.

Yes. The only information we require is the name the tickets were originally purchased under and the address associated with the name. We do not need to see ID or the credit card used to purchase.

Production Details

Performance run times vary based on the individual production. Most Broadway at the Bass performances are between 2-2.5 hours in length, while most Popular Entertainment and McDavid Studio shows are 1.5-2 hours in length. For an exact run time for a particular show, please call the Box Office at 817-212-4280.

The Box Office and lobby open 1 hour prior to a show's scheduled performance time. Seating begins 30 minutes prior. We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes early so you have plenty time to pick up your tickets, use the restroom, get a drink, explore the many levels of Bass Hall, and look around the gift shop before getting seated.

The age appropriateness varies by production. For specific show information, call our Box Office at 817-212-4280.

Valet services begin 1.5 hours before performance time. Bass Performance Hall opens one hour before performance time. Seating begins 30 minutes before performance time. As a general guide, for a 7:30pm performance, valet opens at 6pm, the box office and lobbies will open at 6:30pm and seating will begin at 7:00pm.

Most performances require a late seating hold during which seating is not permitted until the first appropriate break in the performance. The “first appropriate break” is set by the production company and often means 5-10 minutes after the start of the performance. Monitors are located in the lobby for late arrivals. Patrons should visit the restrooms before the performance begins and/or at intermission. In the event you must leave your seat, you will not be re-seated until the next appropriate break in the performance.

In the unlikely event of a cancelled performance, Patron Services will communicate all available options by email or phone.

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend a performance you may:

  • Call the Box Office to exchange into another performance of the same show, if available.
  • Donate tickets back to Performing Arts Fort Worth as a tax deductible donation. A tax donation letter in the amount of the unused tickets will be sent to the address on file at the end of the month. Donation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to performance. Performing Arts Fort Worth is unable to donate ticket purchases for a missed performance.
  • Gift tickets to a friend, family member, or coworker.
  • Try to sell your tickets independently.

All sales are final. Performing Arts Fort Worth does not give refunds for performances that are missed.
