He has shared the stage or studio with Eric Clapton, Ted Nugent, Roy Buchanan, Stevie Ray Vaughan and James Burton, to name a few. Guitar Player magazine once proclaimed that Henderson should be recognized as "a national treasure."

Fort Worth native and razor-sharp blues-rock guitarist John Nitzinger and his friends come to McDavid Studio to bring more awareness to alcoholism -- and to sobriety. The show will not only feature performances from Nitzinger, the Josh Davis Band and other groups to be named later, but there will also be poetry readings, a speaker and a theatrical skit, all of which will praise putting down the bottle. "Of course, we're going to have some good ol' fashioned rock n' roll, too. It wouldn't be a John Nitzinger show if we didn't," John says.

Mixing and matching jazz with country and rock with folk, guitarist extraordinaire Rhett Butler is one of the most versatile pickers in the North Texas music scene -- and perhaps beyond. Known for being able to play two guitars at once, the Dallas-based musician takes musical cues from Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughan but, over the years, has developed an incredibly unique style that is all his own. Describing one of his live shows, The Austin Chronicle wrote, "Ten fingers, two guitars and a room full of jaws hitting the floor."
