The Children’s Education Program of Performing Arts Fort Worth is supported by the generous donations of individuals, corporations, foundations, and our Angels in the Wings, who believe in the value of performing arts in education. These programs are independent from the budget of Performing Arts Fort Worth, which is a 501 (c)(3) organization established to operate Bass Performance Hall for the community and resident arts organizations. Our commitment to present education programs free of charge to all schools, students and teachers requires annual funding. Gifts In Honor and In Memory

A card acknowledging your gift will be sent to the person(s) indicated on the form. (The amount of your gift is confidential.) Please be certain to include the name of the person being honored or memorialized, name and address of person you wish to receive an acknowledgment card, and your name and address so we can receipt your donation. Your gift will also be listed in the next issue of our newsletter In the Wings.

Holiday card donation

Please allow us to assist with your holiday gift needs. A donation to Performing Arts Fort Worth’s Children’s Education Program at Bass Performance Hall will honor those special people on your gift list ($10 minimum donation per name) and will enable us to continue presenting excellent live performances to appreciative students from Fort Worth ISD and surrounding areas. Simply complete the attached file with your list of names, as well as their mailing addresses, and we’ll do the rest! Each person or family on your list will receive a personalized card announcing your gift in their name, with proceeds going to The Children’s Education Program at Bass Performance Hall. Coins for Concerts

In 2001, Wood Elementary in Arlington began a Coins for Concerts fund raising drive at their school. Students literally emptied their piggy banks to support their school’s involvement in our program. For the last six years, the students at Wood Elementary have held this drive to show their appreciation for arts education. We found this to be the most heartwarming donation — that children valued the importance of arts education so much that they contributed their own coins. If you would like to start a Coins for Concerts drive at your school or your child’s school, please contact Sue Buratto, director of education, at sburatto@basshall.com.

Matching Gift Program

Many companies will match an employee’s donation. Check with your company to see if a matching gift program is available. Performing Arts Fort Worth, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
